I hit top of my head twice and feel like blood has accumulated between my skull and skin and now I feel some pressure it's been like that for several months what should I do. I'm not in pain and don't feel any symptoms

A bump forming on the skull under the skin after an injury is usually a hematoma which should have most likely resolved by now as far as I am concerned.

So other causes should be considered and ruled out and one of them is a lipoma or a cyst under the skin.

Both of these are harmless conditions which are diagnosed on physical examination.

So I would recommend that you be seen to have the diagnosis confirmed and then proceed accordingly.
