45 year old male that had a mri report that swowed I have

45 year old male that had a mri report that swowed I have scattered T2 hyper intensive white matter lesions that are more than we usually see for a patient if this age. Several additional lesions are seen since 2011. Different possibilities include migraine headaches , vasculities, demyelinating disease, early small vascular ichemia . Correlate clinically. Have small retention cyst in the left maximally sinus. Don't smoke or drink.Have workedout with weights and mountain biked until headaches. Meds I take are Clonazepam 1mg three times a day, Brupropion HCl 150 mg 12HR Sa twice a day, Oxcarbazepine 150mg 3 tabs a day, Praxosin HCL 1mg once a day, Testrone Cyp 200 mg once every 15 days. Reason I went into get horrible headaches for over a month got very bad with dizziness last Tuesday. Do Excedrin, motrin, alleve or aspirin touches it. Do head trauma. Headaches start when I wake up and stay until bed.
