I am not sure what your question is.

You need an MRI of the lower spine.

This is typical of lower disc disease, and meds alone do not correct it. [another possibility is hip arthritis, but this usually radiates to the groin].

The correct manual medicine would be needed, and you need to see an MD specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for this. PM&R.

These doctors will use various modalities to stop the problem from progressing.

Meds alone will not do this.

PM&R doctors use injections, meds, physical therapy, traction, electronic therapies and the like, to get at the underlying problem.
