Hello. How can I help? Do you have a diagnosis? She could have a variety of neurological diseases with those three symptoms. I can tell you how to get a diagnosis, or review a diagnosis from another physician to explain it to you, etc. Just get back to me Dr Frank

What can you tell me about her? What medications does she take, or what medical illnesses does she have? How long has she had memory problems, is she diagnosed with Alzheimers? If that is the case, gastroparesis or a problem of stomach motility is a major common problem in Alzheimer's or other dementias. That can cause you to vomit. Falling down is also a common problem in neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimers, but can be seen in a variety of other dementias, including vermian atrophy from a history of drinking alcohol, or spinocerebellar degeneration that comes from a family history of falling down with dementia, etc. Send me some information and I will gladly use it to give you a better answer.
