CT angiography of the head. Axial images were obtained through the head following administration of intravenous contrast in the arterial phase with three-dimensional vessel reconstruction performed. CT dose reduction techniques, including automated exposure control, were utilized to minimize radiation. FINDINGS: Bilateral internal carotid arteries are widely patent.
