Hello. Welcome to JA. When was your surgery, at what level(s) (lumbar/cervical) did you have the fusion. why do you think if failed/you have a fracture? Do you have radicular pain (pain shooting into an extremity when your cough, sneeze, move)? Numbness, weakness? Get back to me to discuss this further if I can help Dr Frank
