I have been having pain in my right chest and in my arm pit and sometimes I feel dizzy. This is all with middle back pain.

It is possible that you may have GERD, or acid reflux. Do you have symptoms of GERD? Does it help to prop yourself up at night with two pillows? Do you have sinusitis? Dental cavities?
