Hello. Welcome to JA. Surely you have a tough problem, and I don't know that I can give you a helpful answer as to diagnosis from here. Certainly if you have had evaluations from competent neurologists around the world for 15 years without a diagnosis, I don't know how I can help. But am certainly willing to try. Have you been to the right places with your biopsies (6?, why so many, did the same neuropathologist (s) get to see them all, over what period did these biopsies occur?) Did you get dystrophin levels checked? Any genetic studies? Is there any family history of muscle disease? Myotonic dystrophy, frontal bossing? Hair loss/male pattern baldness? What sets off your rhabdomyolsis? Please get back to me to discuss if you feel I can help Dr Frank
