Customer Question

Ive noticed this twitch or spasm in my left foot on the lateral side toward the middle. Is this something I should be concerned about? Its very light I can barely feel it. Its almost like a pulse and I can see the skin move. Im not sure if that a muscle
or nerve. If you can let me know its a little concerning it happens laying down sitting for standing its not all the time but will happen at different times.

how long have you had it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
2-3 weeks I've noticed it happens more when I'm seated or lying down in bed watching tv. My lower back has been a little sore wasn't sure if it could be related maybe a pinched nerve but my back isn't very painful just minor discomfort.

Yes, this is likely coming from the back

A disc is bulging and pressing on a nerve that is causing this
