when i was 18 i randomly got a severe headache it came on quick i felt fine 60 seconds later worst head ache i had ever had and would throw up about 30 times throughout that night even till i was dry heaving and couldn't seem to talk right while i was 18 i had 4 off those through out a 9 month period then they stopped then 3 years later at 21 i starte to get strange symptoms headaches in temples daily ears pop about 200 times a day ears randomly for no reason get enflamed red usually one at a time i sweat excessively every day all day and when i am nervous i sweat so much its unbelievable i can feel my heart beating hard all day have heart paplations sometimes feel off balance sometimes ears hurt deep inside sinus hurt i can hear my pulse in my ears what is wrong with me

The pulsatile sensation assoc with severe nausea and The bitemporal sensations seem to suggest vascular headache or complicated (variant) migraine. An initial question would be to timing or triggers. Do they occur in relation to your menses? Anything set them off. Stress?
