May I know where are you having these symptoms? Do you have any diagnosed medical condition?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ms, epilepsy, high blood pressure. This isn't a seizure though, I know all too well how those feel
Expert:  deardr replied 2 years ago.

Twitching indicate involuntary contraction of muscles under the skin. The cause can be varied -

1. Reduced blood flow to the area can be due to atherosclerosis/ anemia/ dehydration

2. Vitamin deficiency

3. Abnormality at the nerve {pinching or demyelination}

4. Multiple sclerosis - It will present with other symptoms like numbness, vision abnormality.

With only twitching I would not jump to MS as the cause. We need to rule out other more common causes first.

Next step -

Few blood tests would give us more answers.

As of now - Have balanced diet, adequate fluid/ avoid alcohol, smoking or excess caffeine. Stay away from stress or anxiety {Yoga, meditation help}.

Good Luck
