I am having pressure pains in both left and right side

I am having pressure pains in both left and right side temples when bending over as well as feeling pressure running from the back of my ears towards the temples. When sitting feels a little better but still slight pressure just not as much what could this be?

It can be new high blood pressure.

It can be cervical spine disc disease.

I would like to tell you that any new head pain needs evaluation.
