I lift wts. consistently. some weeks ago I did some leg exercise variations, I do lot's of squats etc. I did zercher squats ( more upright) and considerable hamstring work also I did 2 variations of DL's For the last 3 weeks my hamstring /Glute tie in has really been sore. when I stand up or sit. this is basically 3/4 the way up or down. weird. the bones at the bottom of my hips when I sit are sore? I went to my chiro for an adjustment thinking it was my alignment but they are still sore. any help or suggestions?

A chiropractor typcally does not assess torn muscles and the like.
See an MD specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
This doctor will do a full structural exam.
And help you avoid future problems.
