Lifelong anxiety disorder. Tingling sensation in jaw, mid

Customer Question

Lifelong anxiety disorder. Tingling sensation in jaw, mid region, before chin. Mostly occurring on left side, sometimes right. Day four, I think. Of course, when I am busy I do not notice. Now I am little fixated. Note, I chew a lot of gum. I surmise that it is just anxiety, however. Any thoughts?
