I am having severe pain in right arm, shoulder and fingers,

I am having severe pain in right arm, shoulder and fingers, pain began about 5 weeks ago with sudden severe deep underarm/right upper side of chest toward shoulder pain, after taking Advil pain much better in beginning, then severe radiating pain down arm, numbness and tingling in ring and pinky finger of right hand, NSAIDs give relief at times, pain has worsened over the weeks. Then began some numbness and tingling in pinky and ring finger left hand. Had MRI, and X-ray of cervical spine, Ekg, blood work, etc., shows some degenerative cervical issues, a couple of cysts close to cervical nerves, some narrowing, but nothing definitive that would explain severity of pain. I also have developed some numbness and tingling in left upper foot and leg, this could be related to long time sciatic nerve issue there, but don't know, also tingling and some numbness on left side face, tongue and throat, ear, which always seems to come on with stress. I have been given oral steroid to take, doesn't seem to be helping, also muscle relaxers and pain meds, but pain right back when off them. Only time pain free is when I am entirely prone, then no arm pain at all, also when this began, severe popping,mc racking in neck, which continues upon rotation of neck. Dr has prescribed PT, but I am concerned about diagnosis, doesn't seem like all has been taken into account.
