This is Dr. David

it sounds like that intradural extramedullary lesion at T5-7 is damaging your spinal cord and causing numbness from your chest and toes and causing you to loose strengthen in your legs.

you need to see a neurosurgeon about that intradural extrabeduallary lesion

you might need a biopsy of the lesion

if it is a glioma, you might need radiation therapy to the area to kill it or shrink it to help your neurological symptoms.

do you have a soon appointment to see a neurosurgeon?
