Hi, I am an American Board Certified Neurologist and I am very glad to help you with your health concerns.
I have few questions first;
1) Is the shaking involves right leg & face on the right side too, or is it just the right arm?
2) Is the shaking always preceded by pain in the arm?
3) Does the pain in the arm always followed by the shaking?
4) Any other symptoms like neck pain, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling (pins & needle feeling), any speech difficulties, or confusion etc?
