Hello
A weird sensation is called a paresthesia.
This can be from a neuropathy, from a pinched nerve, from anxiety, from B vitamin deficiency, liver or kidney problems, diabetes, heavy metals or other causes including autoimmune diseases.
Go see an internal medicine doctor for lab testing, exam and diagnosis.
