I recently had a total left shoulder replacement 2 1/2 weeks

Customer Question

I recently had a total left shoulder replacement 2 1/2 weeks ago. Following surgery I have been experiencing complete numbness in half of my left hand and partial paralysis in the same area. Is this normal?

no, it is not normal to have left hand numbness and partial paralysis
you need to consult with a neurologist
and get an MRI scan of the shoulder and nerve conduction studies to check on the nerves.
have you consulted with a neurologist about this?
