I have vibrations in my right ear intermitently for the last month. It is getting more frequent and lasting longer. No pain or dizziness or discharge in the ears. I also have sensory hearing loss in both ears adn has tinnitus which does not bother me too much.

I would go back to the ENT for follow up.
You want to make sure this is not an arterial problem...a blood vessel problem.
