Customer Question

I have a focus susceptibility in the region of the pineal recess to the left of midline. On the T2 weighted sequence, it measures 9 x 4 mm. There is a prominent draining vessel coursing towards thie region in the left occipital lobe. There is punctate mild intrinsic T1 hyperintensity in this region.
From a previous MRI, I had a 4mm cystic focus in the region of the body of the left caudate nucleus and it is still present.
Can you tell me what this all means?
I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. Also, about 10 years ago there was a concern that I may have MS.
