Customer Question

Have a deep pain in my left temple. When I feel the temple there is a vein pulsing my heartbeat noticeably. Pressure pain when touching. Feel it when I come home at the end of the day. Causes a headache, but goes away when I fully lay down. But the temple pain is still there, just lighter.

What is your question?

No exam. Question is on what it could be. I do have sinus headaches at least I think. Feels like my eyes will fall from my head. But Ginger tea and Tylenol get rid of that after while.

Any headache like this must have an exam.
Any new headache must have an exam.
It can be:
Sinuses that are clogged.
Temporary artery pain [not likely at your age] which is from an autoimmune disease.
Tension headache.
I would arrange for an exam as soon as possible.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
