there are good prescription muscle relaxers called baclofen or flexeril that your doctor can give you a prescription for
it sounds like you have tried xanax and clonazepam and soma already
you should ask your doctor for an MRI scan of your neck and upper spine to look for pinched nerves from your spinal cord which can cause tight muscles.
you might benefit from a steroid injection into your spine in areas of pinched nerves to help decrease muscle spasms.
also your potassium or magnesium levels can be low and this can cause muscle spasms.
