It's more of a series of bumps. non itchy. no fever.

that can be eczema or folliculitis or bad acne or psoriasis.
how old are you?
are you male or female?
you need a skin biopsy to help with diagnosis.
and you haven't tried antibiotic creams yet. or antifungal creams yet or stronger prescriptions steroid creams.
