Hi there ....
The most common side effects of Nucynta are nausea , vomiting and constipation.
Other less common side effects include difficult, burning, or painful urination, difficulty with breathing , fever , headache , lower back or side pain , muscle aches , unusual tiredness or weakness .
As far as Cymbalta is concerned it is selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSNRI), approved in the US to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and is quite effective in nerve related pain .
Its common side effects include body aches , cough , difficulty having a bowel movement , dry mouth , ear congestion , frequent urination , headache
lack or loss of strength and loss of appetite .
