Customer: Hi I am on medication right now (cilitopram 10mg) for 3.5 weeks, but I don't feel it's helping right now. I've also gotten potassium and magnesium checked and they were ok. I am just afraid of something more serious with my twitches, since they all seem to be on one side of the body.

10mg is a low dose of citalopram or celexa

you might need to slowly increase the dose under your doctor's supervision to 20 and 40mg a day

Customer: Ok thank you. Could anxiety cause twitching on just one side? I am currently feeling new spasms/twitching in my armpit area on right side and stomach. Also, I have a lot of cramping and twitching in right arm, back, Neck and biceps. The spasm I get above the right breast near the armpit, hurts and then I feel tenderness in that area. Should I be concerned?
