that is an older term
What you describe can be a lot of different things
What work up have you had
What doctors? What do they say?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

not had any work up done just learned to live with it getting worse lattley

So you need an exam and blood tests
This could be vitamin B deficiency
Heavy metal toxicity
Liver or kidney problems
Autoimmune disease
Other problems.
