Two cord lesions are again identified. At the T10 level, there is a lesion in the left cord slightly more anterior than posterior that measures 8 mm in height and 4.5 mm in maximal dimension in the axial plane. There is very subtle mass effect. The lesion does not demonstrate any enhancement. The lesion is slightly more conspicuous (slightly more T2 hyperintense) than on the previous examination but is otherwise stable in size and appearance. At the T11 level, there is an additional lesion in the right half of the cord slightly greater anteriorly than posteriorly which again has a height of 8 mm and a maximal dimension cord that measures 5 mm. This is again more conspicuous (T2 hyperintense) than on the previous examination of 2016 but is stable in size. There continues to be no abnormal enhancement. There is no additional cord lesion identified. The remaining portions of the exam are normal. Impression: Unusual case of two separate intramedullary lesions at the T10 and T11 level that demonstrate very subtle mass effect but no abnormal enhancement.
