Do I need a referral to see a neurologists I'm suffering with alot pain I think from what I read its possible be a Feroral nerve dysfunction I change my Insurance Provider an my new

Unfortunately -- the decision to need a referral is based on your insurance company.

To get an answer to your question, you would have to ask your insurance company if you are allowed to self-refer, or if you would need your primary care doctor first evalaute you before getting sent to a neurologist.
