I have a Gulbransen Minuet piano Serial # 325622. I have personally owned it for 50 years. I purchased it used in 1963.It is Mahogany wood, mint condition, original ivory keys. Does anyone know its aprox woth.

In checking the serial listings for the Gulbransen company I found this piano was built in 1937. At about 3' tall this would be considered a spinet model. Spinet pianos came to market around 1930 in response to the difficult financial times. These smaller, cheaper pianos enabled many piano companies to stay in business by selling to people who could no longer afford larger pianos.

Gulbransen made lower priced instruments and they are no longer in business today. In addition to this, the very old age of the instrument means there will be a significant amount of value depreciation. Pianos have an average lifespan of about 70 years. Based on these factors, I would recommend a selling range today of approximately $200-$350 in a private sale. Best wishes!
