Second opinion] - I acquired a Guild Upright Grand Piano

Customer Question

Second opinion] - I acquired a Guild Upright Grand Piano that has been in storage. It needs a lot of TLC. I have not idea what it's worth.
JA: I love the notion of my brother's old guitar having a history and belonging to someone famous. Maybe you have something valuable or historical. Let's find out. Is there anything else the Musical Instrument Appraiser should be aware of?
Customer: The label says Guild Upright Grand New York. There is a number imprinted inside #26258. I have not been able to find anything listed on the internet. However the G in Guild matches the Guild imprinted on a piano built by George M. Guild of Boston
