Verifiedactually, according to the serial number that you supplied, the year of manufacture for this guitar was 1964 (#'s 200000-250335). I found a 1964 fender Stratocaster sell at auction for $11,352.00 with some issues:
"added string tree on headstock and medium play wear. Much of neck finish is missing due to play wear. Missing tremolo arm. Light checking and chip on edge of body at lower bout. Original hard case. Condition: Very Good". I would say that your guitar would be worth @ $10,000.00 because it needs to be relacquered.

The 1968 Fender Stratocaster, in Mint condition sells at reatil for $13,995.00. I have found private parties selling the same model guitar for $8500.00, and even as low as $3500.00. Your guitar, as is, would be worth $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 if you were to sell it as a private individual.
