I want to let you know that I've read through your question already and from your description, everything you mentioned leads to a jet in your carb that is partially dirty and needs to be cleaned.
It just sounds like your carb is restricting the correct amount of fuel and the engine is running lean, which can be very bad on a two-stroke motor.
