My VTX1800R electrical system shut off and then came back on…

My VTX1800R electrical system shut off and then came back on while I was riding then it happened again a minute or two later this time it didnt restore till later but I could start the bike but when I tilted the bike straight up to raise the kickstand the bike’s electrical system shut down again. After awhile the bike would reset and lights etc would come back on but when the starter button was depressed the system shutdown again for the last few days the status has not changes the kill/start switch is new and was the first switch I tested ok, I was instructed to cut the kickstand switch and splice the 2 leads together bypassing the switch but that did not work to fix the problem. There is a safety sensor somewhere that shuts everything down in case of a fall. While the kick stand was down and in neutral I turned the key to on and the system was dead till I tilted the bike to erect position and the system came back on but as soon as I hit the start button the system would die again. Any idea?

Mechanic's Assistant: Is the bike in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your bike has a "wheel lock" feature?

Neutral, the bike has a fork lock but no wheel lock that I know of

Replaced switch at handlebar with new factory switch and tried splicing the leads to kickstand switch per dealerships advice
