VerifiedHi and welcome to JustAnswer, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.
Initially. have you / can you re-inspect the battery, its ground lines and/or re-check and re-clean the battery cables + terminals, connectors and wiring?
Still and on "...Checked all fuses I can see...", would this include the 30A main fuse co-located with the starter relay? (check, clean or better yet, replace)
This is an independent site and members of this online community provide information, repair tips, technical assistance as a form of paid Q & A service.
No other fuse block.
Bear with me. Consider/try:
- • jump the 2 big terminals of the starter relay, "...two red heavier wires on top..." Expect a big spark. Starter motor should turn;
- • re-checking the ground system;
- • and (even if just for test purposes) hardwire a secondary ground line from the battery's - terminal to the frame, to the engine and to the harness' black/yellow wire(s) including where these black/yellow wires are bunched together in a joint connector.
