I my name is ***** ***** am I speaking to ?

Can you gest me a little more detailed info on what you jumped it with ?...ie car ?

Was the battery remove from the vehicle before you attempted to start the unit.

When you originally hooked up the jumper cables might have you unintentionally switched the cables ?

Have you inspected any part of the wiring harness and if so do you see any portions that my looked melted ?

Lastly do you have access to a multi-meter ?

Thanks
