Customer Question

I have a Lifan 3valve pit bike I'm assuming it's at 110 cc I can't see no markings on the motor to confirm that. I can't seem to get compression I think I have the timing off but I messed with it and got it to top dead center on intake stroke coming down as well as exhaust top dead center just to rule out the possibility. Seems to be pushing the compression out the intake. this is also a project bike I had to figure out my wiring first and found spark. are my valves out of adjustment, or timing severely off ?

I was thinking I need a new rings but when I sprayed starting fluid in the carb a flame shot back out so i think it does have compression. could it be an intake valve not seating all the way b4 the exhaust valve opens? Btw there are 2 intake valve and one exhaust valve
