Hi Wally, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially, proposed preliminary checks (if have not been done):

  • • presence of high pulsating voltage fed from the CDI to the ignition coil when attempting to start;
  • and a low pulsating voltage from the CPS to the CDI;
  • • verify IGN+12V supplied to the CDI;
  • • and that the KILL wire / switch is not grounded.
