02 roadstar. was warming up. shut it off. Started it again

02 roadstar. was warming up. shut it off. Started it again and it went dead. no instruments not sounds. ALL fuses on a meter show continuity.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: battery is fully charged no headlights. no juice anywhere
JA: What is the model of your '02 motorcycle?
Customer: yamaha roadstar 1600 midnight
JA: Are you fixing your bike yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I have checked all the fuses and they are good--did this with a meter. Havent gotten deeper yet.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I use a battery tender. hooked up it shows charge. turn key on hit starter the charge inidicator light goes out--this without any instrument/dash lights etc

Hi, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially and if have not been tried; inspect the battery, its ground lines and/or check/clean the battery cables + terminals, connectors and wiring as a preliminary consideration. Have the battery externally charged and then LOAD TESTed (even if new/charged and just for the purpose of eliminating it as a suspect).

Still, re-check the 30A main fuse co-located with the starter relay.
