the 1987 FXST has a 70T rear pulley and a 132T rear belt.

it's not a cruiser's a performance pulley.

the 1993 FLST was geared with a 61T (40237-88A) pulley and a 128T rear belt (40012-90) for highway cruising.

you WILL have to change the belt as well. there is not enough adjustment to use a 61T pulley with the stock 132T belt.

be careful what you wish for.......the FLST with the 61T pulley is a real dog. it accelerates like a Prius with a dead battery.

but it does lower the cruising rpm and, vibration at 80 mph.

I would recommend the Harley SE-4 cam as well.
