I had a wrist pin come lose in ft cly of 97..80"

I had a wrist pin come lose in ft cly of 97..80" flhtci..which caused failure to lower bearings.. I replaced all the bearings.. fly wheels and rods seem to be ok.put engine back together with new cyl.and piston..and lost ft wrist pin again.. would you know what might cause this..

you have a problem with the rod big end.

either the race is worn or the bearings are bad.

I have sen that exact problem before. you probably noticed no up/down motion of the rods, but a suspicious amount of sway at the small end??
