Hi Greg and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • pull down and re-do the carb;
  • • of particular attention to the float (4) and needle valve set (43).
Expert:  Louie replied 12 months ago.

Hi again Greg,

Have you re-checked the float height and if the needle valve is fit when closed?

Louis, what are the numbers you referenced in your reply?
Expert:  Louie replied 12 months ago.

The "...pull down and re-do the carb..." has a link to the word carb. Clicking or tapping on carb would open this link; an exploded parts diagram of the carb. The numbers then correspond to the parts for visual reference.
