We have a HD 1999 Road that needs to be fixed. My husband

Customer Question

We have a HD 1999 Road King that needs to be fixed. My husband says the repair might be minor and only cost a few hundred to fix. BUT, my husband says in order to find out what's wrong with it and the cost to fix it, , it must be disassembled. And there's no way of knowing And once it's disassembled it has to be fixed not matter what the cost because it would be too expensive to disassemble and then reassemble the bike without fixing it. So we have to have several thousand dollars saved up before we can take it to be diagnosed in case it something more major. Is this true?
Thanks in advance for the info.
