1.) Why was the battery replaced in the first place?

2.) If the old battery was dead, who tested it and what were the test results?

3.) What size and brand of battery is the new battery?

4.) Who installed the new battery?

5.) At any point, did someone try to use jumper cables and a jumper battery to start the bike?

6.) Do you have a volt/ohm meter and know how to use it?
