Hi this is Kenny, who am I speaking to ?

If I can get the model code or if you don't have that then the frame number I can get it from that ? Since there was a 4 stroke and a 2 stroke for this year, I'm assuming that you have a 2 stroke based on your symptom ?

Also if you have the hours or mile currently on this unit ?

Hi it's Catlin, I'm not sure where the model number is ***** frame number, it is a two stroke with 2865 miles on it if that's reading right

OK well it sure helps me when I know the exact model, the frame number is ***** front on a tube, usually bias to the l/h side.
