Customer: all new seal installed proper. leaks tru the push rod tube ,new tube with large o rings

the cam plate and oil pump have nothing to do with crank case pressure.

high crankcase pressure is caused by a blockage or restriction in the breather ports in the heads, where they vent into the air cleaner.
