when I turn the ignition and fuel pump primes. I can see only one of the two fuel lines move fuel. can you please help me out

Hello, the second line is your return. If there is no fuel coming through the return then the pressure regulator is most likely bad or there is no vacuum signal going to it.

there is no back pressure on he return line, so it's not pressurized like the fuel supply line, which is why you wouldn't see it do anything any time. it doesn't mean it's not working correctly.
