Replacing battery on HD, 2011 Sportster "48"--got it out,

Replacing battery on HD, 2011 Sportster "48"--got it out, now having real trouble getting end of ground wire back on the stud. If I could do that, I could finish the job.
Any help, please??

Harley has not always been helpful in making the ground terminal convenient.

if it helps, you can make the ground connection first, then make the POS connection after the battery is in, you will just have to bbe extremely careful not to touch ground with the wrench while it is attached to the terminal nut.

otherwise, move the battery around to help get the cables lined up and on the battery.

don't put the hold down strap on until you have all the connections made.
