It is a 110cc 4 wheeler it will turn over but will not start

Customer: It is a 4'wheeler 110cc peace sports.

Initially, determine if it is electrical or fuel related. Proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done) after attempting to start again with throttle halfway open:

  • • remove the sparkplug and check if it got wet with fuel;
