I was riding on a group and a red light turn on in the speedometer. later 2 guy's fail out of there's bikes and I slam the brakes and my righthand controls move a littlebit foward
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

that isn't much to go on.

the red light on the dash may have been the battery warning.

- measure the battery voltage and tell me what it is.

I don't have a multimeter but my charger say 75 percent charge
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

that is bad.

you will need a multimeter to proceed, or you will have to get the bike to a shop to fix it for you.

you can purchase a multimeter at Sears or Radio Shack for less than $100. it's a nice tool to have.

I find a bad fuse
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

nothing you described should have caused a blown fuse.

you have a wiring problem that caused the fuse to blow.

if you know where the wire damage is, you should be able to fix it.

if you are not sure......you will need a multimeter to find it.

if you don't find it and correct it, it will blow the fuse again.
